Connect, communicate, collaborate and conquer!
The foundation for any successful team, no matter the arena that they compete in, lies within the connectivity shared through its roster. The deeper the root, the stronger the tree! It is what separates run of the mill warriors from the game changing authentic warriors who are driven by a purpose greater that their own self.
Coach your coaches up!
Coaches who stop learning inevitably find themselves become experts of the rinse and repeat approach that inevitably loses the audience. The old school coach was wrong. There is an “i” in team and being able to set your team up for success requires a coaching approach that is adaptive and dynamic.
Meet Ken in the Lab!
We all ask ourselves a singular question each and every day we are given. For many, the question is asked throughout their day.
